Job Description for Durham, NC Resident Director Nursing Candidate:

In this key role, you will use your outstanding staff-management, customer-service and team-building skills to drive the consistently high quality of this senior-living community. As Durham, NC Assisted Living Nursing Resident Services Director, you will promote the highest-quality delivery of resident services through effectively supervising the resident assistant staff.

Requirements for Durham, NC Resident Director Nursing Candidate:

The Durham, NC Resident Director Nursing Candidate must have NC RN or LPN Nursing license in good standing, 5-7 years of experience in Sr. Residence Services. We would prefer our candidate to have staff supervision experience as well as knowledge of NC regulations, strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
