Leading healthcare company in heavy acquisition mode is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Business Analyst focused on Sales and Marketing activity. The individual in this role will apply analysis to provide insights and data to support the sales department. You will work on projects like finding vendor solutions, creating sales team analytics, perform client spend analysis, and advertising campaign analysis to formulate recommendations for regional sales managers. This will be accomplished through modeling and analysis around marketing initiatives and sales trends. This is a robust role with an intense training period and requires a bright and motivated candidate who displays a strong work ethic and seeks upward mobility.

Il 1st Congressional District Tinley Park Business Analyst Job Duties Include:

•Organize client contracts and annual performance to help VP of Sales and Sales Managers renew accounts
•Optimize processes for various projects and identify opportunities to improve communication with stakeholders 
•Identify revenue and compliance drivers in client contracts
•Work with sales teams to ensure they have the required data to perform proper analysis and reach out to customers.
•Identify and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to sales and marketing.
•Perform additional analysis as required in support of mission-critical business decisions
•Perform pricing updates
•Identify revenue drivers and communicate findings to Senior Management team
•Gain an understanding of market outlook and sales trends in client segments and sales regions

Il 1st Congressional District Tinley Park Business Analyst Job Analyst Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management
•1 to 5 years of analytical experience
•Healthcare background highly desirable, but not required
•Very strong MS Excel skills needed including: SUMIF, V-lookups, knowledge of short-cuts, etc
•Comfortable with MS PowerPoint and Access preferred, but not required
•Must display a strong level of communication at all levels, relationship skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines 
•Must display analytical ability, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm
